After floods destroyed the ground floor of their offices, James Walker & Co asked Form Interior to create a new reception and visitor area to give the business a new face for the future.
Limestone effect floor tiles planned at an angle to give perspective are used alongside Oak and Corian in James Walker’s corporate red combining traditional and modern materials. In the boardroom, waiting room and conference room smart carpets and furniture add comfort and understated quality. The lighting scheme was carefully designed to add detail and depth and bespoke artworks celebrate the company’spersonality and acheivements.
The reception counter, display units, artworks and AV units were all designed and procured as bespoke items, the transformation of the public face of the Head Office of this International precision engineering company shows pride in the company’s 125 year heritage with a vision for the future.
